A refrigeration shop built around the pack-out
We work for the growers and packers who ship fruit out of the Central Valley, and we plan our year around theirs.
The shop is in south Fresno. In the slow months we do the big jobs; from the first cherries to the last mandarins, we keep a technician on the line and parts for the rooms we know. Every shed gets the same walk before it loads, and the same plain report after.
