What we collect

When you fill in the form we collect your name, phone number, the name of your packing house or ranch, your main crop and what you tell us about the rooms. If you text us a photo, we receive it through your own messaging app.

How we use it

We use it to call you back, to plan a visit and to write a quote. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with people who help us do the work, such as a parts supplier when we order for your room.

Calls to the 24-hour line

We note the room, the product and the reading so we can send the right parts and write the report. We keep the notes with your account.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it or to have it removed. Write to service@dhawancoldchain.com or call (559) 555-0102.
